Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our market research platform. You will work closely with product managers and developers to design user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field\n• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience\n• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite\n• Experience with user research and usability testing\n• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design

Responsibilities

• Create user personas and journey maps\n• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups\n• Conduct user research and usability testing\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams\n• Maintain design system and guidelines\n• Iterate designs based on user feedback
