Job Description

Help our clients maximize the value of our market research platform. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field\n• 2+ years of customer success or account management experience\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n• Experience with CRM systems\n• Problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities
